Yin Yoga for Cyclists

The practice of Yin Yoga (all levels) is now tailored to cyclists!

Yin Yoga for Cyclists is intended to complement your cycling activity by targeting deep areas of the body (connective tissues, and ligaments) that are heavily used during the most intense rides.

In this introductory class of Yin Yoga for Cyclists, Benjamin Ho will guide you through a specific, calculated way to create space in the physical body using traditional Yin Yoga postures and breathework. 

In it, you will learn:

- The Art of Resting;

- How it restores mobility and flexibility after hours of staying in movement-limiting bicycle positions;

- How it builds a foundation for your Yin-side year-round so that you can continue to enjoy cycling;

- How it offers recovery and restoration to the mind, body and soul;

- Which key poses and sequences will enable you to recover faster and ride harder.

Dress in athletic wear (shorts and t-shirt) or equivalent to allow for maximum flexibility. You can also dress up in your kit if you want.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

Parking is available on campus or across the street on Foss St. You can also park on Main Street.

Pre-registration is encouraged to save your spot.
