Mobility and Strength for Runners:

 

As a runner, you have specific mobility and strength demands. Join us for a movement class that integrates these needs – focusing on upper and lower body core integration; breath awareness and alignment; and runner-specific strength and balance exercises. This will be both a flow class as well as a “drills” class to address cadence, posture and agility. All athletes welcome.

Following class we will watch the Barclay Marathon Documentary.
