Prenatal & Partner Yoga Nidra

We're offering a very special event for any pregnant person, and their partner. This yoga nidra is a guided meditation. Relaxation during pregnancy is safe and effective for reducing stress, feeling calm, and increasing physical and mental comfort. Use relaxation techniques to get rid of nausea, headaches, and minor pain without taking medications. Partners can benefit from this practice as well, as it can be a bonding experience shared as a team. No prior experience with meditation, or yoga necessary. Wear comfy clothes you can relax in. Optional to bring extra layers, pillows and blankets to make yourself comfortable.
