This is a relaxed and supportive class for birthing person and baby. It's designed to flow with a recovering postpartum body, and baby's developmental stage.
Babies respond to touch, play, and community. During months 3-6 your baby explores more complex moves, interacts with you and grasps, reaches, kicks, and begins rolling over.
Postpartum bodies have time to ease and stretch out achey muscles from lifting, carrying, feeding, and all the other scrunching and crunching they do throughout the day caring for baby.
Lindsay will guide you through postures making any necessary adjustments for post-natal healing. This class is open to beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Modifications and posture options are encouraged based on your energy level, and where you are with the recovery process, including post-cesarean and vaginal birth.
