Kids Aerial Yoga 4 week Sessions with Off the Mat

Aerial Yoga has tremendous benefits, including: enhancing focus and concentration, building confidence,  strength and flexibility, pushing out of comfort zones,  and reducing stress and anxiety by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system.  


3:30pm -4:15pm  Level I

4:30pm - 5:30 pm Level II

**Limit of 6 swings, Pre- registration is required. 

***Please note- these are progressive-series based classes( no drop-ins).

Level I** all levels are welcome. In this class we will focus on  getting comfortable being upside down and letting go, and mostly, having fun! Each class will begin with a warm up on the mat and a simple meditation. Once in the swing we will focus on being comfortable, gaining confidence in our aerial abilities and having fun through aerial games.   (Ages 7-12 years old)

Level II ** must have completed Level I Aerial Requirements before moving on to Level II.  Level II will focus on breathing techniques, yoga poses on the mat that then translate into the swing, flying poses, inversions, and a mini yoga nidra at the end. (Ages 7-12 years old)
