8-week Prenatal Yoga Session

PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED: Limited to 10 students.

A little bit about class and Yoga Doula Lindsay
Each week we'll focus on a topic that I offer to you as my gift from my education and experience as a doula and yoga teacher. Topics range from how to advocate for yourself, comfortable laboring positions, lactation support, visualizations for fear release, and breath work for the pelvic floor. Registration include handouts, in addition to taking time to move your body, connect with yourself, and make a new community with others experiencing pregnancy and parenthood.
We will occasionally have guests (other doulas, midwives, photographers, etc).

As a student, you also receive a 15 percent discount on my doula services.

Yoga Doula Lindsay specifically designed this class with pregnant and early postpartum people in mind. Prenatal yoga is a perfect addition to create your prenatal and postpartum network. The class itself is a step above gentle, alignment based, helps to ease psoas, SI, and shortness of breath discomforts. As the pregnant and postpartum body undergoes changes, poses often take on a different shape, depending on how far along in gestation. Variations and props are always offered. Mindfulness, breathing, and connecting with your body and your baby are encouraged. All levels are welcome. Folks identifying as a birthing person, we are pronoun friendly, and inclusive; although, we do discuss biologically female body parts.
