4 week Functional Yoga Series

Influenced by the Balanced Athlete method, this 4-week yoga series will focus on correction and improvement of natural movement patterns necessary for optimal form and function both on and off the yoga mat. Carissa brings a wealth of knowledge to her students who gain understanding of anatomy. She aims to keep people moving with integrity well into their 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and beyond!
