Mel brings their experience as a circus artist and yoga instructor to her classes and enjoys seeing students challenge themselves and thrive. They specialize in aerial yoga, aerial circus arts as well as other disciplines such as physical theatre, dance and acrobatics. Their classes are a balance of physicality, partnered with breath, alignment, flexibility and a whole bunch of play! They enjoy sharing with others the mental and physical healing that come with pushing ones limits, listening to your body and connecting with others. When they are not teaching, you can find them performing locally, dancing or walking in the woods with their dog and partner.
