Shannon is highly energetic and has always enjoyed different forms of fitness. While growing up, she played competitive soccer and participated in competitive dance. In later years she found that yoga and weight lifting were great ways to channel her energy. She also enjoys running and has completed full marathon and half marathons, hiking, and Spin classes.
Two years ago Shannon began regularly taking Barre classes and was immediately hooked. Determined to become a teacher, in January 2018 Shannon completed her rigorous Barre Teacher training course. She’s now a certified Barre teacher and hopes to continue training with other fitness activities. In her spare time she loves spending time with her hubby and puppy, being outside, and hosting events.
