Individualized yoga session or movement programs to accommodate specific practice goals. Programs are designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body while improving natural and functional movements.
Sessions with Carissa may include any or all of the following: Balanced Athlete® methodology, suspension training, yoga, and barre technique.

Sessions with Lindsay may include, Pranayama (breath work), Hatha or Yin Yoga or a combination.
Session Fees: 60 minutes $65/ 90 minutes $99

Fees: First consultation is FREE (up to one hour) and takes place at Metta Studios. When hired, all other visits will occur in the comfort of your home.
